Role: Pre-Sales Executive (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for property inquiries
• Understand customer requirements and share suitable property details
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales managers
• Follow up with prospective clients to ensure conversions
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or telecalling
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple leads and regular follow-ups
• Target-oriented and proactive approach
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
