Role: Sales Executive (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor team performance and provide training and support
• Coordinate with builders, channel partners, and internal teams

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Own two-wheeler preferred
